Deniz graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2002. He continued his legal education in the United Kingdom at the University of London, Birkbeck College, between 2003 and 2006. During this period, he worked with Baker & Co., where he represented Turkish, Kurdish, and Cypriot clients in a wide range of legal matters.
Upon returning to Turkey, Deniz practised at Paksoy Law Office between 2006 and 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he served as Head of Legal for the Turkish subsidiaries of Statkraft, Europe’s largest renewable energy company.
In 2012, he joined Sari Law. In 2016, Deniz established the firm’s professional practice in the United Kingdom and has since been providing legal services from both London and Istanbul under Sari Law. He is qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales, enabling him to advise on English law matters.
Deniz advises on corporate and personal immigration, UK company formations, cross-border transactions, debt collection, conveyancing, and property investment in the United Kingdom, while continuing to practise across all major areas of Turkish law.
